Terms of Sale
1. Seller
These terms apply to digital products sold under the Elemn brand. Seller: Lucien Guirado, sole trader (micro-entreprise), trading as Elemn. Registered in France (Paris). Postal address available on request. SIRET: 979 313 459 00013. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French CGI). Contact: contact@elemnsounds.com
2. Payment provider
Checkout, invoices and applicable sales taxes are handled by Creem (creem.io), which acts as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem’s Buyer Terms: https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms Creem Terms of Service: https://www.creem.io/terms
3. Products
These terms cover all Elemn sound packs sold on this site (current and future), unless a product page states otherwise. Products are digital only, delivered as one or more .zip files (presets, samples and/or other files as listed on the product page). No physical shipping. Some packs are collaborations. For example, Allure for Serum 2 is an Elemn x Unmüte release: Unmüte is a co-author, not the seller.
4. Price & payment
The price shown on each product page is in euros (EUR). Prices may differ from pack to pack. Payment is processed only through Creem checkout.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, you receive digital access to download the .zip (typically immediately, via the checkout confirmation and/or email from Creem). You are responsible for downloading and keeping your files. If a download link fails, contact us so we can help restore access.
6. License (royalty-free)
Unless a product page says otherwise, packs are licensed royalty-free for your own music productions (personal or commercial), including releases, sync, streams and live use. You may install and use the files on your own devices. Crediting Elemn (or co-authors named on the product page) is optional. You may not: • resell, rent, share or redistribute the pack or its files as a download, library or sound bank; • upload the pack to unauthorized platforms or file-sharing sites; • claim ownership of the raw presets/samples as your own product to sell. Using the sounds inside your own finished tracks, sets or commissions is allowed. Turning the pack itself into another competing sample/preset pack for sale is not.
7. Withdrawal (EU digital content)
Under EU consumer rules, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied on a non-physical medium, that right ends once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and accessing or downloading the files, you request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once delivery has started.
8. Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered as downloadable files, we do not offer refunds after the download has been made available, except in cases such as: • a corrupted or unusable file we cannot replace; • a duplicate purchase of the same product. To request a refund in those cases, contact us first (details on your Creem receipt and on this site). Creem may still process certain refunds or chargebacks under its own policies as Merchant of Record.
9. Product content
Pack contents (genre, technical requirements, and any content notes) are described on each product page. If a pack includes vocals or other material with explicit language, that will be stated on the product page when relevant. There is no site-wide age gate; you are responsible for choosing products appropriate for your use and audience.
10. Support
For download issues, missing files or license questions, use the Contact page or email contact@elemnsounds.com. We reply as soon as possible (best effort).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it amicably. If that fails, and unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise, the courts of Paris (France) have jurisdiction.
